Me neither. This is the obscure as hell Relic Armor Legaciam. This is an OVA from 1987 with direction and character designs by Hiroyuki Kitazume (ZZ Gundam & CCA, Moldiver, Robot Carnival Starlight Angel, Urotsukidoji Legend of the Overfiend).
This is only a raw, but it's not hard to understand what's going on.
